Another question about my ribs: reheating?

I am cooking 5 of the 6 racks for xmas dinner on tuesday (we do it early at my in-laws). Should I wrap them in foil, ziplock bags, tuperware, etc? Also should I heat them in the microwave, oven, or cut them up and throw them in the crockpot with a thin layer of sauce?

Sauce as normal, after they are done, slice as normal. Put in an aluminum pan with 8 oz apple juice. Reheat in oven at 250 until warm.

Toaster oven works well to for smaller amounts at the same temps Mike metioned...never tried adding apple juice while re heating..will have to remember that trick..but never had em dry out either.
