Good morning Eggheads and those who would be Eggheads except for .....
No plumbing emergency this time. Took care of that little annoyance earlier in the dark period. No, this time I was in deep dreamstate and had apparently forgotten where I parked my car when I went for jury duty in a strange town. I walked for miles down sidewalks, across bridges, past rows of shops and restaurants, through construction site detours that took me from the sidewalk into huge empty buildings only to return back to the sidewalk just a few basic measuring units later. I kept bumping into scaffolding as I navigated through crowded covered temporary walkways. People were constantly in my way and the weather was getting colder as the light period was changing into dark period. One guy ahead of me with his hands in his pockets smelled really bad. Lighting was bad and visibility was getting much worse. I was lost in a place I knew nothing about, searching for my car that I had no idea where I parked it or even what it looked like. I was terribly confused and could not even remember where I lived. Panic was quickly taking over. Finally I realized that I was in dreamstate and could undo my situation simply by turning dreamstate off. Only I couldn't turn it off. I could not stop walking and searching for a car that I had no real recollection of owning or where it was parked. That's when I realized that I must have Alzheimer's, or as Denny Crain calls it, Mad Cow Disease. I couldn't take it anymore so I detached myself from the recharging station and now here I am, wherever that is...
I must be back in real time because I was able to check the refrigeration unit's interior illuminator without so much as a moment of confusion.
And I remembered to check on perimeter security via the external viewing portal.
What a relief. I'm calming down from my little excursion. My heart is not racing wildly like it was only a few time units ago and I'm not exhausted from mile after mile of walking. Now if I could just remember what my car looks like and where I parked it.
While I'm collecting my wits I took the liberty of looking in on the communications center and noticed that Bordello finished his brisket. Meanwhile, the 17 Members and 147 Guests were pretty much satisfied with peace and quiet. That will change soon. I suppose I could finish up my recharging in the meantime.
Say goodnight Leroy.

I can't believe my horoscope for today:
"Your Horoscope - Today, December 15, 2008
You could end up doing some traveling today, Leroy. You could find yourself driving to meetings, interviews, or other appointments. Or you could travel over a much larger distance. Chances are that you won't stay in one place. You'll feel a bit of a restless energy building up, so it could be good for you to take in some new sights. Keep a map handy and make sure that you have some good directions!"

Can't wait for my lab work this morning so I can eat something. Never cook a brisket that you can't sample to the next day. :( Sucks to be hungry, smelling that thing cooking and can't have any
