I took one can of salmon with the liquid, 1/4 cup of mayo, 3 scallions diced, bag of no yolks noodles, 10.5 oz can of cream of mushroom soup, a small can of sliced olives, and a can of Frenches fried onions and made a casserole. Flake the salmon in a bowl and add the soup, mayo, olives, and scallions. Cook the noodles for 9 minutes then cool in a colander with cool water to stop the cooking. Mix the noodles with the rest contents of the bowl then pour into a 9X13 greased casserole dish. Spread the mixture evenly then cover with the fried onions. I cooked it for 35 minutes at 350 dome on a raised grid above the plate setter. I rotated it 180 degrees halfway through the cook. I absolutely loved this dish, Kim hated it. Seems she had an early life conflict with tuna noodles and this reminded her of it. I loved tuna noodles and only used salmon because I knew she didn't like tuna. Oh well. -RP
