I was just restocking a supply of Cin Chili mix and I see a reference now to a discount code. Anybody know one?

  • Ron,

You might try googling 'discount codes' to see if anything comes up. There are several sites that specialize in digging the codes up.

You can email Cindy and ask her, her address is on the website, she has always returned my email. -RP
  • Probably that would save a lot of time and they would tell Ron what the code is or where to get a code.

guess I'm confused...why would she want to tell me and lose money doing it?

  • Took Randy's advice and called. Cindy answered the phone.

She said there was no discount code on the site right now but the ready to eat chili (microwaveable) chili is on sale.

They had a sale after Thanksgiving but that is over.

Any specials or discount codes are sent via email to all past customers and they will be happy to add anyone to the email list if they request.

I haven't looked at the order/payment page so if there is still a place for a discount code, I would suggest following AZRP's advice and give them a call - 832.372.7049

  • Better than pissing a customer/potential customer off bu saying I'm not going to tell you but others can get it - I would guess.

I would think the discount is not below cost so any additional sales would be welcomed and probably appreciated. But it isn't my business so I am not how Cindy would run her business.

Just trying to help you there...

Course that does beg the question of why would you ask us to give you a code meant for her customers if you aren't a customer?

Wouldn't that be making her lose money too?

If you were a customer you wouldn't have to ask!!

I've bought from her twice before so I don't get why you say I'm not a customer.

If you bought from her before you'd be on her mailing list. The mailings would include a Discount Code if one was available as they are usually reserved for past customers to draw them back.

That is why I said what I said..

I took your and Randy's advice and had a nice chat with her. She explained it the same way as she did to you. I'm just assuming that her global customer notification email ended in my spam filter since I have bought from her twice before. And I'll again be ordering after I post this. Besides I had the opportunity to tell her how much I like her product.

I enjoyed my chat with her. BTW I even told her how I "adjust" it to our Midwestern tastes and how some people on this forum get after me!
Oooops, I forgot this pix is missing the 10 oz of Hot V-8!
