Did a 3 pack of Sam's Club babybacks yesterday. Slathered in mustard and Dizzy Dust. 250F for about 6 hours. Adjustable rig should arrive today :laugh: and I have the 13 inch CI grid ready to go for the NY strips I bought yesterday as well.
Duke (dog) kept an eye on the temp gauge for me, or maybe was just waiting for the finished product!

Beautiful looking ribs! Welcome to the forum, I haven't seen you post before. I have heard of a "wrist watch dog", but never a "ribs watch dog." :laugh:

Sam's ribs are good. Several on this forum mentioned that Sam's was one of several places to get un-enhanced ribs (no solution added) so I thought I'd try'em. Very good in my opinion.
