potato wedges

I never did potato wedges on the egg , usually deep fry.I did wedges in the oven usually come out dark on outside and inside is usually hard.How do do you recommend doing wedges so there similar to deep fried.

Rub with evoo and sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic salt. cook direct at around 375/400 to a nice crisp skin and soft insides. Turn frequently to avoid burning. Good luck, Tom

You might be able to boil them or nuke them a little bit to get the process rolling.
