Great idea!
Turkey, Pot Pie, Richard Fl
Some one--Thank You-- posted the other day about a pot pie with dressing, gravy etc and I forgot who but did my version.

INGREDIENTS:
1 9 Inch Deep Dish Pie Shell
Leftovers
Turkey
Gravy
Stuffing
Frozen Peas & Onions
S/P to taste
Cheese or Sweet Potatoes for topping
Procedure:
1 Got a Mrs Smith Deep Dish pie shell and cooked at 350F for 12 minutes. Let cool and then added a mixture of chopped turkey, dressing, gravy, peas & onions and placed in cooled pie shell.
2 Topped one with cheese and the other with mashed sweet potatoes with some cinammon and sugar for topping.
3 This would work great on the BGE at 350°F indirect for 45 minutes or so, but had the oven hot and too EGGed out to lite the fire.
Recipe Type
Main Dish, Poultry
