My first attempt at stuffed pork loin

It tasted very good, but I think I would make some changes next time.

Looks good! wrapped in bacon? what else did you do to it? and what would you change? Julie

Yes. It was wrapped in bacon. Stuffed with sausage and canned apples. I would use a sweet italian sausage and fress apples. I had simple cut "pockets" and had trouble keeping the contents in when I tied it up. I will porbably butterfly it next time then roll it back up and tie.
