Chops, Taters, Asparagus & Mini Pumpkin Pies

Finally got to grill tonight since it had been since last Tuesday. Grilled up some Center Cut Pork Loin Chops real simple w/salt & pepper. Baked some taters. Grilled some bacon wrapped asparagus. Last but not least, mini pumpkin pies.

That first pic is one classey looking cook! Fresh assparagas sounds great. Just covered up my bed with pine straw for the winter. Can't wait for them to sprout again in the spring.

It's made by Lodge and it's a called a drop biscuit pan

I have one of those pans. Built like a brick sh!thouse; It'll last for the rest of my life. I make a bunch of stuff in it, but it's really great for mini omlets.
