Spicy Stuffed Pork Tenderloins

Had a couple tenderloins from Costco thawed out. Decided to stuff the with hot Italian sausage, onion, and jalapenos.
Smoked 'em good and long. The outside made them look like they were dry but they were great.

I made my first stuffed tenderloin last week, just used stuffing. I think I will try your recipe next time--I love spicy food. Thanks for sharing.

You want to make sure the stuffing is cooked. If the stuffing is at 165 you can bet the meat is.
