Just a simple marinade of Robust Italian Dressing/honey/ and cayenne pepper for an hour the cooked direct at 350, approx. 3 1/2 minutes per side.

Then my Uncle Ben came over and helped with the rice. :woohoo:

Gearing up for turkey, looks like 3 big birds to cook for people.

Nice Mike. Keeping the birds down to 2 here. One for us and other for my silverhaird neighbors/friends.

Hey, Michael! We had shrimp tonight as well. I really like Randy's recipe (don't tell him!) and used it on some fresh South Ga. shrimp. BTW, I didn't know your uncle's name was "Ben"!! :woohoo: :woohoo:

I heard that. :side: -RP

Yeah, I was pretty sure you'd see that! It really is good, buddy, even though I cut back on the cayenne pepper to about half. BTW, I saw one of the Tempe photos of you doing a class........were those some notes I saw in your hand? Not looking to chide here, just curious!!
-
Careful Randy. Mike told me he uses notes to start his Egg :woohoo:

OK, Pat~! Nobody asked you to horn in here!! BTW, if Pete gives you too much trouble, we can deal with him next year if he's man enough to show up in Ocala! I mean, we make pretty good bookends, but, we're not intimidated by some half-a$$ cowboy hat! :woohoo: :woohoo:
