Does anyone have any idea where I may be able to find how to make your own Pizza Peel?

Glue some boards together that are around 3/4" thick with the middle board being longer to make the handle. Use biscuits to hold them together. If you don't have a biscuit cutter any friend that is a semi-serious woodworker will and I bet they would help out over a beer or three. After the glue up sand the leading edge with a belt sander to effect a taper. Made my peel out of some seft over redwood from building Egg tables. Don't put a finish on it. My pizzas and quesadillas are made on parchment paper directly on the peel. They never touch the peel or the stone and no need for corn flour.
