In regards to bubba tims, Vets, stand & be counted

I just finished reading the complete thread started by bubba tim in regards to Veterans, stand up and be counted.



I'm proud to be listed along with all of you and those that may not have added their name yet. Let say thanks to bubba tim for the thread and to all of you here for your service. I took the following off of another board because it is so true. Hope you find it worth the short read.




A veteran - whether active duty, retired, National Guard or Reserve - is someone who, at one point, in his or her life, wrote a blank check made payable to “The United States of America” for an amount of “up to and including my life.”

That is Honor, and there are way too many people in this country who no longer understand it.
