Got all of the above...chiminea, fire pit and propane patio heater...we WILL be warm...little wood for the chimenea, and any size will fit in the fire pit..

What's under the hood? I bought a steamer a year ago and have yet to use it. My last trip to S.A. I retrieved a wok from Mom that she doesn't use. Seasons changing and the versatility of the cooks is too.LBGE Katy (Houston) TX

Max, I was just using water. I had to google ponzu. I did use some eel sauce when I smoked the tuna.
Filly, I have enough practice on the drinking part! :laugh:
