Scotch short bread (as made at fest)

Someone made some great "scotch short bread" at the fest in October. I think that is what they named it. I'm lusting for the recipe, and, I note that it not on the list that Wessb has in version 1. My wife makes Scotch Shortbread every Christmas. Passed down from her Scotch ancestry. I'll get it from her and post it.

"Old Salt", I sure would appreciate it. I am not sure who was doing the bread, but, it was shore good. I sample some of things Chef was doing, so, it could well be. Thanks for responding. Gordon
