Costco Connection recipes

I know some of you got the Costco Connection. Did you check out the rolled turkey breast recipe or the baked sweet potato fries? Sounds like the perfect change of pace Thanksgiving to me. Will toss in a drumstick and a thigh for THOSE people. Not nuts on the Pepperidge Farm stuffing. May use fresh bread crumbs with my own herb stuff, but probably comes out about the same (with a fraction of the salt).

Just thinking.

Molly...I just had to go get our copy to see what you're talking about. Fries look good...but also that Bruschetta with peppers and gorgonzola. I've also had luck with the Fry's Recipe collection I get in the mail about once a month. Got pretty pictures with the recipes....I try it. See you next weekend.

I suspect that I will need to get my copy out of my wife's car. She has a habit of not bringing that kind of mail into the house.

I haven't seen my latest copies of the Bull Sheet either..

Bordello, I think you have to be the Executive membership to get it. (the one you have to pay for and get a rebate at the end of the year). randy and I just got our first issue.
