My try at Deep Dish

All the recent posts gave me a hankering to try my hand at deep dish pizza. Turned out pretty good!

Pizza looks great..one trick with deep dish is to reverse how you put the sucker together...
Put the dough in the pan..then the cheese...sauce ..toppings...
The cheese on top of the dough keeps the dough from getting soggy..
