Little Steven gave me two jars of this incredible-looking La Bomba sauce in Atlanta and I'm not sure exactly what the best application is for this stuff.......what do ya'll use it for??

Send it to me you don't deserve it if you don't know what to do with it.
Toast up some Italian bread and put a dollup on it.
Add it to Italian sauce recipes.
It's good as a relish on sammies.
There are a dozen other ideas -

Great question there my friend. That Yankee just wants yours. With all that stuff in his shopping cart he can't get no more in there anyway.

You could send it to the Chicken Ranch, he is waiting for his stash. I mixed some with velvetta cheese and mexican chorizo and had an appetizer dip. Also have had it on pretzel chips with sopresatta and pecorino cheese for a snack.

My favorite use is to grill a chicken breast, top it with provolone and thick peppered bacon,then slather some La Bomba on a toasted hoagie roll.
It is also terrific on meatball subs, pizza, or just slapped on some Ritz crackers. -

Relish on Pork Loin
Cook up some chicken in a wok with onion and garlic. Add some mushrooms, yellow Squash, Zucchini and a 1/2 cup of your favorite spaghetti sauce. Add a dollup of La Bomba
add some to a calzone.
spread on a pizza.
Beef Roulade
Add to Max's Flank Steak recipe.
