Turkey gravey HELP

Is there any way to make my gravey without having the smokey flavor? Thanks

The smoke flavor is pretty heavy if you are just using the drippings for the gravy. By using a stock like in Max's recipe it will tone it down. You can also use as much or as little of the drippings as you want using butter in their place for the roux. -RP

Thanks for the info. Which recipe is by Max? that or what is the stock recipe?

Max's stock is used to make the gravy.
Add the drippings to the stock or the stock to the drippings. -
Thanks for the help with my turkey gravy. Very much appriciated
