Your chili calls for Cocoa powder, is that any kind or? Find it with cocoa products or is it in with the spices? Or if I left it out will it effect the taste much?

I use dry cocoa powder.....you should find it in the baking section. If you don't have it, try it without it. It'll still be good! :laugh:

Thanks for the quick reply. I'm going shopping later. I plan on adding some of my sort of salty buckboard bacon to it so maybe I should low or salt free diced tomatoes and liquid.
Hope my store carries the Rotel.
