Did you find the extra hickory wood I left by your truck in Atlanta??

Yes I did and thank you John. I gave the 3 extra to Pork Butt Mike. I'm going to cut them into 3" wafers this weekend to cure faster. Did you try the tangelo wood yet? Thanks again

Great! I haven't cut any of the wood up yet to use but some of that wood looks like it's already pretty dry. May try it on some cheese I'm doing next week.......

We couldn't find anything to split it with :P Thanks for the buckboard cure richard. I'll be picking up a butt before the end of the week. That don't sound right hope the wife don't see this post
