Never had one until tonight. Friends had told me about them since I've never heard/seen till I saw these at Publix. Put some DP Cowlick & wrapped them in bacon. Threw some taters & corn as well. Came out real nice and juicy w/ some great hickory flavor from the chips. I'll buy em again. Trimmed the bigger one before grilling for tomorrow's lunch.
