Well I am on a gas grill currently but I put what I have learned from you eggers to the test with some filets last night. Used Olive Oil and a little salt and pepper on my steaks. The wife wanted some Mr P's marinade on hers. Here are the results. Got the grill to about 500 before I did anything...
