top round beef roast Q

Hi all,
I haven't been here to the forum for awhile but I have been egging a bit - mostly ribs.
My wife has picked up a boneless top round beef roast and she aims to stick in the crock pot in the AM. She has a crock pot recipe that's OK and we have it from time to time. I'd really like to cook that sucker on the egg tomorrow and have it come out really good.
I'm still a beginner here - what should I do? I have some Dizzy Dust and some Emmeril original essence.
Can I have some tips on cooking this roast on the egg and keeping it simple? What temp to pull at?
Thanks
Jay

There are a lot of ways to do this.
Here is what I like. You can use a Dutch Oven, or even a disposable aluminum pan or even in a kitchen baking pan. Line the bottom outside of pan with aluminum foil if you want to keep some of the smoke off.

Also, see thirdeye's site he has some great recipes. This is the front page scroll down to the bottom to get to specific's.

There should be some recipes here on the forum - click on Cookbook above.
There are many many more great methods.
Let us know how it comes out and if the egg wins over the crock pot.
