I am on the "bring an appetizer" list tonight for a party, & I have done ABT's, pizzas, shrimp, & other bacon wrapped things in the past for this annual bash, so I need a new idea, any suggestions would be appreciated, thanks

stuffed mushrooms, smoked meatballs, there was a thread the other day of eggrolls that looked pretty good. Think it was Beanie Bean who had it. Smoked Brie cheese and fresh fruit with a raspberry chipolte over the top.

Frank in Houma has some terrific ones. Check this thread http://www.eggheadforum.com/index.php?option=com_simpleboard&Itemid=55&func=view&catid=1&id=518199

I like this idea, would you happen to have a stuffing recipe, I had a fantastic one at PA Eggfest prepared by Radio, I wish I would have gotten his recipehappy in the hut

I don't but did find this one http://www.eggheadforum.com/index.php?option=com_recipes&Itemid=71&func=detail&id=397
You can probably just use cheese instead of crab if you want. -
Wings area always good.
You can also make small kabobs that are easy to eat. The ginger lime chicken on the DP site is VERY, VERY good. -
This is one that I got at the EGGstravaganza in Springfield. Unfortunately, the guy who cooked it didn't put his name on his printed recipe, so I can't give him proper credit, but he deserves it. I couldn't believe the recipe when I read it. The flavor was delicate and varied. I expected a 15 line list of ingredients.
BAROOMS!!!
3 packs of whole mushrooms
1 8 oz package of cream cheese
1 pack of Little Smokies
1 pack of bacon
Chop Little Smokies into tiny pieces. Remove stems from mushrooms. Mix cream cheese and Little Smokies in a bowl. Spoon mixture into mushroom caps. Wrap bacon around cap and secure with toothpick. Cook on BGE at 300 until mixture bubbles. -
Hi Zippy
This was cooked at the Coop party at Spring Chickens earlier this month. BurntRaw did these and they were fantastic. Here is the link:
