Harvest squash

Baked squash was very good. A little smokey goodness helped bring up the flavors in the otherwise mild acorn squash. Split then threw in some butter and brown sugar and cooked at 400 degrees until tender.
Went well with some big Renaissance Fair drumsticks.

I love doing squash on the Egg too. I sprinkle Dizzy Dust on them and use butter and honey in the cavities. Delish!

I just love squash cooked on the egg. In my case, I substitute the brown sugar for maple syrup.
