A BGE Pizza stone would be easier then to have to dry it each time you use it.
100 degrees raising the temp 100 degrees every hour and holding at 500 degrees for 2 hours..
That's 7 hours of wasted cooking time. :woohoo: -
Thanks, but you only have to pre-dry it once after getting it from the factory. Already have a BGE stone, just trying something new, and to have a spare.
