cheeseburger pizza

Couple questions.
1. What kind of cheese should I use on a cheeseburger pizza? I have cheddar and the 5 cheese italian blend. Should I use a mixture?
2 What about the sauce? Regular pizza sauce or something different?

For cheese use your fav. that's what you like. As for the sauce I like Newmans own, (Paul Newman ) Sockaroni ?? spelling, Thats my fav. for many dishes. Most all of his are superior. Others will also offer some help soon. Do your thing, and enjoy. Miles out.

It's gonna sound strange, but put down a base of mozzarella, then your crumbled burgers, then american cheese ontop - & don't use sauce, make it white, you wouldn't put sauce on a cheeseburger ya know - to add more moisture, maybe consider some sauteed onions. I have made this pie before & it is pretty good

I would use a cheddar or chedder mixture.

regular sauce. might want some bacon pieces on there and a few diced pickles. Have even seen some with mustard drizzled in.

I use white American cheese.
I use a mixture of mustard and ketchup as sauce.

Oh yeah, I forgot, I also use hamburger dill chips Buster reminded me.
