Great meal. Do you cook the shrimp on the metal plate or just present them that way? Nice pic

Here is how he did it a few years ago. Probably has gotten better as it has aged.
Shrimp, Scampi, Car Wash Mike
1 1/2 lbs peeled 26-30 count shrimp
1/4 cup oil
1/2 stick butter
3-5 cloves of minced garlic
1/4 cup wine
salt and pepper to taste
juice of 1 medium lemon
parsley flakes
1 Have all your ingredients ready to go. This is a fast cook. About 4-5 minutes.
2 Get wok real hit. Around 400. Add oil. Wait a minute add butter.
3 After butter has melted.
4 Add shrimp and stir for 1 minute
5 Add garlic and stir for 1 minute
6 Add lemon juice and wine stir for 1 minute
7 Add parsley, salt and pepper
8 Finishing cooking until done
9 Don't over cook shrimp.
10 Pretty close Tom? Chime in if I missed something.

Dude, not that your flatirons and ribs weren't wonderful, but I wouldn't mind trying that garlic cheese bread in Springfield next year :P
Looks great, as does the scampi! -
I will be cooking scampi for sure, not flat irons. You ready for the crowd controll?
This was my first time for garlic cheese bread, I have plenty of time to get it right. :woohoo:

Cook them on the metal plate, then put in the insulated tray.
