You know how to pick 'em bud. Seriously wonderful people. When I told my customer I was going up to Monterrey to visit a friend and he asked "where did you meet this guy" I said I hadn't actually met him but he is an egger. The guy looked at me like I had two heads. It was like when you and I talked about kindred spirits around this thing.

Thanks a lot Teresa. Had a great time with family & friends. Cooked some Rib Eye roast with some Dizzy Pig rub which I got to try for the first time since it´s not available over here. Steve & Mike from Canada were really kind to bring lots of goodies from that gorgeous part of the world.

Great to have Steve with us. Appart from sharing his friendship he was really keeping an eye and a hand on the cook as you might guess from the photos :laugh: it was delicious and everyone enjoyed it. He was loaded with Canadian goodies, so you can just imagine we were thrilled to bits. Next time make sure you come over with him ok?.
