Best Pizza Ever

We fixed a chicken alfredo pizza and it was the best pizza we have ever had. Bobby Q fixed one in a class a while back and we decided we would do one yesterday.
We cooked chicken breast on the BGE and we also roasted garlic & roasted onions on the BGE. We had the pizza dough ready and covered it with this.

we added the other ingredients and the cheese ...and of course pine nuts...ready to go on the BGE

We also went to the Stone Mountain Chili cook off and saw Smokey (Damon) & Wise One (Bill Wise) cooking up a storm giving BGE demos...they were working hard...I also met Randy & Barrett and they got their North Ga Eggers tshirts...other than Miami & Ga losing it was a fun day...

Hey there Kim thats looking real good. I never had pizza with pine nuts before, but we use that Classico Alfredo a lot. Hope you and the wife are doing ok buddy.

We put pine nuts on all of our pizzas but this was a first for the Classico Alfredo pizza...

Mike,

Ginny & I are doing finr...we are going camping next week in the N ga mountains..it will be the first time we camped by ourselves this year...yippee

Kim you and Ginny have a great time next week. Sounds like a nice quit time for the both of you. We were at Fort DeSoto last week and had a great time. Make sure you take some pictures. I hope you guys change your minds about Ocala for next march to bring your camper. We will be there on Thursday morning till Sunday at the fest with the camper.

I went to grad school at Northwestern and there was a great Chicago style pizza place in Evanston...they served pine nuts as one of their toppings...for years i had tried to find it at other pizza joints with no luck...when I got my BGE and started making my own pies I knew I had to put pine nuts on them...everyone that tries them loves them on pizzas...I buy them at Costco in 2 # bags...

i use the Publix pizza dough...I am too lazy to make my own...

When the boys were small we would do Pizzas at home and our youngest always wanted the "white" pizzas LOL that brought back great memories. But he and I always, when we had spaghetti would have one plate first with just the pasta, butter, salt and pepper and garlic and fresh grated parm. drives my husband NUTS LOL I still do that. I just love naked fresh pasta!
