TONIGHT'S COOK: Smiley Face Steaks

Here they are going on the SBGE. I didn't want to cook 'em too hot today on the sear, so I only took the cooker up to 500°

Here are the steaks after I pulled them to make room for some Italian sausages and a few hot dogs:

I had to look twice at the plate, and realized that I'd put the steaks in there in that pattern, hence the title Smiley Face Steaks.
