I cooked some'en: Quick bonless thighs and breast

Got home from work the other day and needed some'en quick. Took basolmic vinigar and 6 cloves fresh garlic miced in a bowel with Tony's seasoning to salt. Stuck the bird with a fork about 8 or 10 times then marinated for 15 min and stuck on grill direct at 325 till done. Easy and quick.

    There you are--hadn't seen you on the board. Is it getting colder up there? We're starting to get hints of fall down here, and I'm one cooker short (the gasket on the 2nd LBGE failed...top and bottom are basically peeling off. No, I didn't melt 'em, hehe)

    Been SOOOOO tyed up of late. Thought Dad might have had a brain tumer as he has lost 80% hearing in ear for no outward reason but MRI showed nothing wrong with brain. Still don't know why he is loosing hearing so fast but not cancer. Sick new calf and my Arabian's cancer has been giving me fits. Was going out of town for the night with D but to much going on tho even do that. Nights are getting longer so forum time will increase! ;) Feel bad not commenting and helping on the forum questions as much but no time.
    Yea its cold!!! Mid 50's at night. Coat and chaps for work this week. Miss summer already!! :laugh:
