mildew build up in inside of egg- what do you do?
Just bought our egg 4/02 and used it all summer. When we had a warm spell this Fall, opened egg to find mildew. How does this effect egg? Should we just wipe off or this there something to put inside during winter months for this?[p]Would appreciate any ideas on this![p]Thnx,

this is harmless. You can wipe it out or simply cook it out on high heat. This is not uncommon, and there should be articles in the forum archives.

LA,[p]Sounds like you need to be firing Eggy up a little more often! I suggest 3-4 times a week at a minimum.[p]Jim

Run temps up to 750+ for 15/20 minutes, and presto mildew gone, and you have a clean egg!
