Back from India

Ok. No pics. Got back from a two week trip to India last week. Hope no one takes offense, but what a terrible place. Tons of poverty and heartbreaking sights. I'll post some of those pics when I get a chance. Work is crazy since getting back.

I did fire up the egg for one quick cook though. A huge T-Bone with summer squash and a sweet potato....I really needed a good steak after two weeks in India.

Didn't cook this weekend. Had a few parties and a friend whom I introduced to the egg made some food on his.

I'm thinking about what to cook next though. Can't wait to get back into the swing....

    Wow, what a journey!! Any pictures you can share would be magnificent, especially since they'd show the views of an occidental tourist!! Funny thing is, there's a sector of this country who think that we have it all wrong! Perhaps we should send them on a round-the- world tour and drop them off at the half-way point!! Wouldn't it be wonderful to watch them struggle to survive and protect their precious loins!!

    Anyone who thinks we have it wrong needs to take a trip. Let me tell you, I was on business, was treated well, stayed in a 5 star hotel, and the people I met couldn't have been nicer.

    But what I saw outside those doors is a killer. I couldn't wait to get home and give my family a hug.

    Ditto that Rascal! I havent been to India but I did spend some time in southeast Asia while in the military and anyone who isn't glad to get back to the good ol U.S. and grateful for how right we do have things here needs to just stay or is blind or cannot see...
