Man, that's some pressure canner,... serious equipment all around! And the pizza looks great too.
I just did 6 half pints of spiced tomato jam and I'm tuckered out. I hope you had some help! -
Indeed, two faithful buddies, we have it down to a science, 400 pounds from box to 100 jars in 4.5 hours, began at 6:30am, finished at 11am which gave me 1 hour to get the egg to temperature & make 4 pies by noonhappy in the hut
