I cannot complete my registration because I am not ever receiving the email to complete the activation.

It isn't being blocked by any Spam filters or going to junk mail.

Any ideas on what the issue might be or how I can complete the registration?

    Cowboys fan,

    If you have your username and password, then go ahead and attempt to login. You should get an error alert saying that you are not yet confirmed. When you click "okay" on the alert, you should then be offered the opportunity to verify your email address; and, to change it if necessary. When you submit that form, we'll send out a confirmation email. Let me know if this works for you.
