how long does it take to smoke a 7.4 pound bone-in turney breast? I have one on the egg now and have conflicting info.... AC

It's done when it's done, but 15-20 minutes per pond at 350 dome.

2.5 - 3 hours or when the thigh reaches 165 internal.

Am only doinf breast..... so far it has been 1:50 and breast is at 152.5

Then get the breast to 165

breast meat cooks faster so keep an eye on it.

PS The Sheik of Djbouti is on call and is delivering 3 babies while I mind the turkey breast ... am unsure of myself here, thanks for the help!

I pull the breast at 160, foil cover for 10-15 min and slice. Works every time.
