Ok, the Jerk Wings have been posted, Great Pumpkin in my pocket. Now, I need the recipe for the, bare with me, parsley/cilantro/jalapeno/red wine/garlic/puerto rican sauce that was served with the beef towards where the bi-plane was picking people up. Anyone know what I'm talking about?[p]Also, does anyone have the recipe for the smoked turkey wings??[p]What a great time!! It was my first, but will not be my last. I was expecting a 6 and it turned out to be a 9.5!! A little more room might be needed.
