Cornish game hens

Hey guys, I've got two little game hens I'm gonna throw on in a bit. Any special ideas. I was gonna just treat like a chicken cook, and go indirect, but any options would be great. Thanks, Brett

They are pretty small, if you're going indirect I would go 400-450 to get some crispy skin before the meat is overcooked. -RP

I've done them spatchcocked and direct with a balsamic-honey glaze.

that's all they are, small chickens with all white meat.
roast em like you would a chicken, and they're good to go. i like the parmesan crusted kind too, recipes for that are everywhere (except in my files).
WAIT... found it. this was JJ's recipe. easy and good.
Parmesan Cornish Hen

Ingredients:
• 2 Cornish Hens or one Cooking Hen
• 1 Egg
• 1 pt Sour Cream
• 6 TBS Italian bread crumbs
• 6 TBS Parmesan Cheese
Preparation Directions:
Mix the eggs and sour cream and coat the birds completely.
Mix the Italian bread crumbs and parmesan cheese then liberally cover the birds with this mixture.
Cooking Directions:
Get the EGG up to 350* temp and place birds on a rack over a drip pan.
Cook for 1 hour and then kick up the temp to 400º for 10 minutes to brown.ed egli avea del cul fatto trombetta -Dante -
