7 to 10 women?? . Chicken wings, legs, whole? Pork loin or tenderloin? Philly cheese steaks? country ribs? Chili? Or all the above.
-
My vote would be wings, wings and more wings.

It's men like you, FlaPoolman, that continue to reinforce the long held belief of women that men think about sex 24/7. With diry old scoundrels  like you around, how are we ever going to shake this stereotype? :woohoo: :P

I'm too old to be dirty  Wait think I said that wrong

This is my suggestion Mike.

I must have missed that post Beli. Looks real good, just printed it. Thanks

wow beli that looks real good! how hard is it to get ready? and what other fish would be good in it?
-
It is realy easy.....You can skip the banana leaves no problem. The basic recipe is with Red Snapper, but I have done it with Flounder, Mahi Mahi, & Halibut, and they are just as good. The flavour is outstanding.

thanks beli,
i will definetly do this meal for my family using halibut. but for the guys not sure , cause they are big meat and taters kinda people.but will be doing it soon and will let you know the turn out!!
for the guys i think i will be doing 2or3 inch pork chops bone in, and make a slit for a pocket and stuff them with apples pieces and italian sausage. -
Mike,
Two great cooks. Thirdeye's pastrami kicked up a little.
Pastrami burgers makes a great cook. Big buns, a burger piled high pastrami, tomato and that makes a great meal.
Or some sourdough bread and some simple Cioppino.

An hour before this post I just got the recipe from Thirdeyes site with your picture (of the pastrami). Do you prefer the moist method No. 2? This looks like a great cook for the coming weekend.LBGE Katy (Houston) TX

ribs. wings. nice and messy. no one to complain. yeah.

They both taste great, I tend to go with the wet more though.
I usually buy the ready to cook 'corned beef' the stores have then use the 24 hour clear water rinse changing the water one time. I don't overseason the hamburger with salt.
The whole family really really likes thirdeye's method. We make both pastrami/rye sandwhich's and the pastrami burgers. Both are great.
At some point in time I am going to get a brisket and 'corn' it myself.
I also want to try the pressure cooker method.

Thanks...I'm going with the wet method. Might be safer for a first run.LBGE Katy (Houston) TX
