A Twist On Jay's Sausage/Cheese Bread Roll

I love Jays sausage & cheese bread roll. But had enough sausage this week. So I made a Pepperione, cheese, and sauce roll. I think I used to much cheese it was leaking out at the end of the cook. But we loved it. My doctor would have killed me if he seen this one. LOL

I just got my blood and urin test back from the company in the mail today. Urin test was clear and function was fine so will pop a few after work in the morning as a toast. Blood work was good also. Total colesteral was 175 with a 2.4 ratio. I should be able to eat that whole roll and still be in the ball park! :laugh:

I am so happy your test results came back great. Wish mine came back half that good. But I am old now so I say the hell with it and eat what I want (when the wife is not looking). LOL Thanks Buddy.
