Beef Tenderloin

<p />Here is a small part of the HUGE Beef Tenderloin we bought. We cut it into 5 large roasts, so guess what we are having the next 5 days? :-)[p][p][p][p]
It's cooked more than I like, I'll try and get it right tonight.
