We use to make these with kids 10 plus years ago. First time on the BGE.

Raised Dome 375 to 400 a little longer than the box called for.

Easy & simple meal the kids used to like.

Not bad for the adults either.

It’s been a several years since we made these. Tonight was a package of Jiffy Corn Mix and however many dogs you want to fit (6 tonight in an 7 x 11) dish. (max) Years ago we have might of doubled the cornbread; gone to 8 dogs and baked in the oven in a 9 x 13.

Thanks for posting. Nearly 9 pm and now I am headed out to fire the egg. I have a Trader Joes corn bread mix and some fresh all beef hot dogs I just got from the butcher. Will use my cast iron.
