Putting the XL to Work

Made a pile of 2-1-1 Baby backs last night. Was glad to have the XL for that. Didn't need to stack and the came out great.

Here they are coming down the home stretch. We still have another 1/4 of the pile off on the side. I was having trouble unwrapping them as the apple/orange juice braising liquid was filling up the pan.

I'm gonna need a bucket next time. What little we spilled will now stop the dog dead in his tracks as he walks out on the patio. :laugh: He goes in circles trying to sniff out those ribs.
