Crawfish Quiche

Crawfish, onion tops, bell pepper, tomatoe, eggs, and cheddar cheese
Hickory Smoked garlic cheesy grits

Grits, garlic, jalapeno, butter, cheddar cheese (pick is before topping with cheese)
Cooked the grits in a pot on the SBGE
Transferred to tin pan - smoked with hichory
Added cheese
Playing with this one - need to cut back the smoke a bit
Buckboard Candy Light

Buckboard bacon with Splenda brown sugar and cayenne pepper - real nice

Sounds/looks awesome Frank..but for those of us not in 'coonazz' country..them fresh crawfish are kinda hard to come by :(

These weren't fresh. There is a company out of Breaux Bridge, La. that packages them up in one pound packs and sell year round. Not as good as fresh but still good.
If you would happen to see some in the seafood section of your store, make sure it is a U.S. product. I picked some up that came from China one time (packaging was real similar) and they were mealy and absolutely nasty. -
I got to hand it to the eggers that do breakfast. I still don't have enough coffee in me to light my egg. Looks very tasty.

I didn't know splenda made a brown sugar version.
