A quick flip, oooooh yeah.

Indirect setup next and let'er go a little while longer.

Tested 125 internal, time to pull'em off. I like the little crispy edges, juicy centers of these delightful cuts of lamb.

Mini size, Max fun.

Very Nice. I have access to a lot of good cuts but rarely find lamb chops that size. Great cook. What did you use for a rub? I like to get them to room temp then dip in butter and soy sauce and TRex to the same temp you did.

Just good old salt and peppa this time around. Thicker cuts are easier to cook and I keep them on the cool side when they go on the grill so they don't over cook- something that can happen in a minute.
Your butter and soy sauce sounds good.

If you got a good butcher shop you might be able to order lamb chops cut to your preference.
