depending on the size of the yard birds 3 or 4, but they will really be dancing cheek to cheek!Re-gasketing the USA one yard at a time

I do 4 large chickens all the time. I try to buy them as close to 5# as possible. The only trick I recommend is placing your 2 largest birds in back of egg to compensate for the slightly higher temp. in back. I cook either direct on a raised grid or indirect 375 for about 90 minutes. Good luck.

4 is the most I've had on my large and have them not touch - which is important if you like the skin to get cooked evenly. Sounds like someone is in for some good bird!

I did 5 on mine and had room for 6 I had to move the thermometer clip to the outside. They were dancing breast to breast. I had the backs toward the outside.
Came out great. -
I go for four also.I am just glad RRP's birds are just cheek to cheek.Hope you have a great cook.
