Do any of you Paella fans have a recommendation for a Paella pan for a Large BGE, and where to purchase? Also any favorite recipes and BGE cooking hints would be appreciated.[p]Thanks.

c in t, go to www.tienda.com for your paella pans. they have several different sizes. Be sure to take into consideration the handles of the pan and size of the BGE cooking surface. You want to be able to close your egg.

c in t, Might want to look at dutch ovens. The only paella i ever had was served in one.
