Tried this last night:
http://www.epicurious.com/recipes/food/views/MONSTER-SHRIMP-WITH-ORANGE-CHILI-GLAZE-235199
I substituted a really tart Scottish marmalade for the orange juice, added some lime juice, and added a second chipotle pepper. Marinated medium shrimp for about 45 minutes. 400 direct for three minutes a side (two or two and a half probably would have been better). Really, really good: hot but not searing, great orange and other flavors. It was a big hit.
When I lived in Boston the best Mexican restaurant in town was the Forest Cafe on Mass Ave. right outside Harvard Square. They did an incredible spicy orange shrimp, and these were almost as good. I'm going to keep on working on the glaze...
Anyway, recommended.

Thanks…
I like chilies and this recipe sounds like it should be REALLY good.
I just did a “Peach – Bourbon” thing with Shrimp and Scallops…It was good, but I’m thinking that the chili glaze would really light up the buds!!
